I am a Florida native whose passion for health, wellness and knowledge flows into my work with intent and goals in mind. I began my career in a chiropractor's office, where I focused on specific injuries that ranged from car accidents to chronic pain. I developed a niche for sciatic pain and various neck related injuries. After gaining a strong foundation in anatomy/physiology, injuries, and pathologies, I transitioned into luxury spas and resorts. I am clinically trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue, orthopedic, trigger point, sports, cupping, prenatal, and Ashiatsu. I am constantly educating myself with the latest techniques to integrate into my practice. My most recent certification is in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
